Reflection

1 Kings 11 shows that even great leaders can stray when they fail to guard their hearts. Solomon’s fall was not sudden.

The text reveals that ongoing decisions shape destiny. Small deviations can lead to significant consequences over time.

As presented in Prophets and Kings, chapter 4, turning away from God results in loss of direction and impact not only personal, but collective.

This passage teaches that faithfulness is not only about starting well, but remaining steadfast until the end.
