Reflection
Judges 7 shows that God reduces resources to reveal His own action. The smaller the human strength, the more evident the divine work becomes.
The unusual strategy reveals that victory does not always follow human logic. Obedience to God’s direction is more important than full understanding.
Gideon’s encouragement shows that God strengthens along the way. He not only calls but also sustains throughout the process.
This passage teaches that trust is built in practice. When we follow God’s direction, the result reveals who truly leads the victory.
