Reflection

Genesis 22 reveals that true faith is proven in practice. God did not want to take Isaac, but to reveal the depth of Abraham’s trust.

Abraham obeys without demanding explanations. His faith rests on God’s character, not on circumstances or full understanding of the situation. “God will provide” expresses trust in advance.

Before the solution appeared, Abraham already believed in it, and God responded at the right time. The provision of the ram points to something greater: God provides what is needed.
