Reflection
Genesis 18 shows that God’s promises do not always make sense to human logic.
As presented in Patriarchs and Prophets, chapter 12, Sarah’s reaction reveals how natural it is to doubt when faced with situations that seem impossible. Even so, God does not retreat, but reaffirms His word. The question “Is anything too hard for God?” highlights that the limitation is not in God, but in how we perceive circumstances. He acts beyond human limitations.
This passage teaches us that faith does not mean the absence of doubt, but trusting that God is able to fulfill what He promises, regardless of the conditions.
